   I dated a Russian for a couple years. I learned how to say various foods, "I'm Hungry", and "I'm a fat cow".
   
   I've been told that's all I need to survive.
   
   And yes, they know someone who was in the KGB.

   The "I'm hungry" part is helpful, although Ruskys tend to offer food even when you don't ask lol.
